As impossible as it may seem, some people out there still firmly believe that Megaman Legends 3 is still going to get made.
Even more exasperating, is that they still think, despite the departure of Keiji Inafune and the other more talented former Capcom employees, that "when" it does get made, it'll actually be good.
It takes a level of faith that borders on the delusional to think that Legends 3 is anything more than an aborted embryo that never even made it to the fetal stage of development, and never will.

I understand that they were going to pull a Raiden with MML3 and have a completely-unrelated protagonist replace Rock for a portion of the game. Maybe it's a good thing the game did get scrapped.
Still, the fact that Capcom was almost completely relying on "fan-input" to make this game said to me that they had absolutely NO idea what they were doing, so it was only expected to see it tank.
