I recently acquired a cool Dragon Quest strategy guide from Japan teeming with rare artwork. Naturally I couldn't help but try my hand at some DQ fan art.
I've always been fond of the original Dragon Quest. (or Dragon Warrior as it was known on the American NES) And yet it seems somewhat neglected among the fan community. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find DQ1 artwork on the net (official and fan). I have a tendency to make art for for nostalgic games that seem sorely limited in fan art. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
